This morning the WCSS team was able to join a local Radio Station for a fund raiser. FM99 has a ongoing charity drive called the “Christmas Wish Fund”, through out the year they provide families in need during the Holiday season where they provide all the proceeds to the families. Hows does it work? An FM99 listener submits a letter about a family that is in need in the local Hampton Roads Area,FM99 then determins what they are needing. Once whatever is needed, if it is paying a bill or just getting toys for the kids of the family, or paying Hospital Bills. They then contact the listener and provide them with a wonderful gift.
The guys of the WCSS team (Jack, Eddie, Brandon and Russell) and proudly say that we did pretty good this morning ranking 9 out of 36 teams. GO US! Please visit FM99 for pictures of today’s event.

Thank you for visiting WordComSolutions. We are a small computer business that does Networking, Computer repair, Web Sites and Hosting. You can take a look under the “Services” menu at the top of this page for detailed information. We also provide “Cloud” storage. If you have some files, eg: Pictures, Music, or other sensitive information that you would like to always have access to, you can do that with us by taking advantage of our inline storage.
We have been in business since 2009, we would like to invite you to take a look at our web site and let us know what you think. This is why we have our site in a blog format. When you go to other sites, you almost always see “Testimonials” , well we want our customers to have the ability to say what they like about us right on our site.
Have a question? This is another reason why we have our site in this format. If you have a question please don’t be afraid to ask it. Also I would like to say that there is no “Stupid” question. The only stupid question is the one that goes unasked. I there is anything thing computer related that we can try to answer for you, we will be more than happy to do that.
The business is a family run business, so when it comes to our company having a “personal” touch, we go above and beyond to make sure that happens. Also one of the most asked questions in this field, when a customer drops of their computer to get some work done is, “Do you know when my computer will be done?” 9 out of 10 times, the usual turn around time for our computer repairs is 24 hours. If it is going to be longer than that, we will not wait for you to call to find out when it will be done, we like to go one step above and contact the customer whether it is via email or phone call.
There is a contact form on the site here, so that you can contact us for all of your computer needs.
Please continue to visit the site for any updates and specials.
